James Holmes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality management, project management, and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and Process/Reliability Engineer at Active Minerals International since January 2011, James has previously held critical roles including Quality Manager at Precision Components International, where responsibility expanded to encompass the entire operation's quality and technical support. James possesses a diverse background with experiences at A O Smith, The HON Company, Blue Bird Corporation, and others, demonstrating a strong focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical and Civil Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
