Joey Bell

Joey Bell currently serves as Business Development Manager at Active Minerals International, focusing on the promotion of Acti-Gel, a concrete mineral additive that enhances mixture stability and performance. Additionally, Joey is a Field Staff member for First Lite, showcasing a commitment to the hunting lifestyle through storytelling and brand representation. Previously, Joey held the position of Chapter Chair at Backcountry Hunters & Anglers, advocating for North America's outdoor heritage. Earlier experience includes working as a Concrete Plant Engineer with Atlantic Contracting & Material Co., Inc., managing operations for portable concrete plants, and farming at Bell Family Farm, overseeing extensive crop management. Joey also gained early experience as an intern at V & W Ready Mix, engaging in various operational tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science from Columbia State Community College.
