Kristin Snow

Kristin Snow has over 17 years of experience in customer service and training roles, currently serving as the International Customer Service Representative and ERP Training Supervisor at Active Minerals International since December 2011. In this position, Kristin oversees, implements, and manages the ERP system while analyzing and improving processes, creating customer service manuals, and providing training support across various teams. Kristin previously worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where valuable experience was gained in customer service and supervisory roles, culminating in a promotion to Install Sales Manager. Kristin holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Gordon State College, earned between 2001 and 2004.
