Nivanka Paranavitana

Nivanka Paranavitana has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 at the Indiana University School of Medicine as a Research Technician/Student. They then worked as a Research Assistant in Oncology at Clarian Health Partners from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Life Technologies as Product Information for six years. From 2008 to 2011, Nivanka was the Founder and Co-President of the MBA Bio-Business Association at the University of San Francisco. They also worked as an Associate Producer at BioTech Nation from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Nivanka became an Account Manager at Eurofins MWG Operon and then moved to MilliporeSigma in 2014 as a Senior Account Manager. Currently, Nivanka is employed at Active Motif as a Senior Key Account Manager since July 2022.

Nivanka Paranavitana has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Sciences from Indiana University. Additionally, Nivanka has a Masters degree in Biochemistry from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
