Charlotte Cooper is an experienced venue manager with a diverse background in sports and customer service. Currently serving as Venue Manager and previously as Duty Manager at Active Nation since June 2018, Charlotte has developed strong leadership skills. Prior experience includes roles as Front of House Team Member at The Hatch and as a Trampolining Coach for both Cardiff Met Junior Trampolining Academy and Cardiff Metropolitan University, focusing on coaching various age groups and educating participants on safety and skill development. Earlier work as a Sales Assistant at Morrisons provided valuable customer service experience. Charlotte holds a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a 90 Credit BTEC in Sport and Exercise Science from Queen Mary's College.
