Active Physical Therapy
Sam McManus is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in diverse clinical settings. Currently serving at Active Physical Therapy since April 2020, McManus previously worked at WASHINGTON WELLNESS, PLLC, and gained foundational skills as a student physical therapist across various rotations. Prior roles include personal training at Equinox, performance internship at SuperMe Performance, and physical therapy aide positions at Professional Physical Therapy and Catholic Health System. McManus holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Long Island University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo, complemented by an advanced regents diploma with honors from Smithtown High School West.

As a private, therapist owned clinic, we envisioned a unique clinic unlike any other in Columbus Ohio. Staffed by Doctors of Physical Therapy who provide expert care, we offer expert services in numerous areas of physical therapy, work conditioning and rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, nutrition dietitian service and massage therapy. Our clinic is the only privately owned clinic with the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill available to the public. We now offer Dry Needling.
