Commander Collin Sullivan Usn (Ret.)

Collin Sullivan, Commander, USN (Ret.), currently serves as a Management Representative at Active Power Inc. since April 2021, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with international standards and leading safety initiatives. Previously, Sullivan held the position of Director of Engineering at both NextEra Energy, Inc. and Trans Bay Cable LLC, managing significant capital projects and enhancing system reliability. A veteran of the U.S. Navy with extensive experience in surface warfare, Sullivan achieved the rank of Commander and held various leadership roles, including Executive Officer aboard USS MUSTIN and Operations Officer aboard USS COWPENS. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and advanced studies at the Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval War College.
