Raphael Pepper

Raphael Pepper has experience working in the education recruitment sector. Raphael started their career as a teacher at an SEN school in 2009. Raphael then moved on to become a North London Education Consultant for a brief period before joining an education recruitment company as an SEN recruitment manager. Within 18 months, they led the department to become a market leader. In 2016, Raphael became the Managing Director of Active Recruitment SEN Ltd, a company that focuses on providing SEN and AP staff across London.

Raphael Pepper began their education in 1991 at Bancroft's, where they completed their primary and secondary education. In 1998, they graduated from Bancroft's but did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. Following this, in 1999, they attended Central Saint Martins and obtained a B-Tec Diploma in Foundation Studies. From 1999 to 2003, Raphael pursued a BA/ MA degree in Drawing at Camberwell College of Arts. Finally, in 2004, they attended the University of London and completed a PGCE in Education in 2005.
