Karah Ehrhardt

Karah Ehrhardt has a diverse work experience in the health and wellness industry. Karah is currently the Business Owner of CrossFit Rise since September 2018. Previously, they worked at Active Wellness LLC, where they held the position of Director of Wellness starting in January 2017. Prior to that, they were the Senior Wellness Manager at the same company starting in January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing a wellness program for approximately 6,000 employees, which included onsite fitness facilities, personal training, group fitness, incentive-based health programs, and health assessments. Karah's earliest work experience was at Club One, where they worked as a Program Manager from September 2005 to March 2011 and as a Wellness Coordinator starting in January 2011.

Karah Ehrhardt obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General from Bluffton University. Karah attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
