Marcia Franks

Marcia Franks has an extensive background in operations management within the wellness and fitness industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Active Wellness since March 2014, Marcia has held various roles including Director of Operations for the West Coast and Regional Manager. Prior to this, Marcia spent nearly nine years at Club One, where responsibilities ranged from Regional Manager to Club Manager, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of operational excellence and team leadership in fitness facilities.
