Alex Bliedung has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as a Helpdesk Technician at Intercall - The Outsource People in 2013. After that, they worked at TELUS International Ireland as a Developer Technical Support from January 2017 to July 2019. Following this, they took on the role of Escalation Manager at TELUS International Ireland, where they managed support case escalations and facilitated resolutions with various stakeholders. In 2021, Alex joined ActiveCampaign as a Customer Support Specialist. Prior to their professional career, they served as a Retreat Project Leader at UCC Chaplaincy in 2008.
From 2003 to 2006, Alex Bliedung attended University College Cork, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
