Anthony Papini

Anthony Papini has a diverse work experience in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as leadership coaching. Anthony is currently working as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ActiveCampaign. Prior to this role, they ran their own leadership coaching business, where they provided coaching and consulting services in the design and implementation of comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies for organizations. Anthony also worked as the Inclusion & Diversity Director at Jamf, overseeing their diversity and inclusion initiatives. In their previous role as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Microsoft, they led the company's diversity and inclusion strategy and managed partnerships and budgets. Anthony also held the position of Executive Director at The Illinois Safe Schools Alliance, where they advocated for safe and inclusive schools for LGBTQ youth. Anthony Papini holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services, which they obtained from Bowling Green State University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Washington University from 1998 to 2002.
