Bettina Mariano

Bettina Mariano currently serves as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at ActiveCampaign since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition from previous roles. From April 2019 to October 2022, Bettina worked at Starry, Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting for various engineering teams and leading weekly meetings with department heads. Initially at Starry, Bettina held positions as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on diverse recruitment needs and contributing to the development of internal systems and programs. Prior to Starry, Bettina gained recruiting experience at Motion Recruitment Partners and developed managerial and customer service skills at Bowdoin College and JCPenney. Bettina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowdoin College and has also studied at Goldsmiths, University of London.
