Eli Wood

Eli Wood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2000, they started as a CAD Operator at Grantham & Associates, Inc., where they worked until 2006. From 2007 to 2008, Eli worked as an independent installer at Estes Design and Manufacturing, handling mailbox installations and repairs.

In 2008, Eli joined Blackbaud as a Technical Consultant, specializing in Java programming and working closely with clients to convert and customize their databases. Eli remained with the company until 2012.

From 2012 to 2013, Eli served as a Senior Programmer at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. Following this, they joined Bloomerang in 2013 as a Lead Implementation Engineer, responsible for onboarding new clients and developing API protocols for database integrations. Eli later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at Bloomerang, where they contributed to the development team by solving problems and enhancing client databases.

In 2018, Eli joined Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they rotated between support, feature improvement, and new development tasks to manage health insurance software for thousands of individuals. Eli worked with the company until 2019.

In 2013, Eli co-founded eComApps, focusing on providing technology solutions for non-profit organizations. The company aimed to bridge the gaps in technology implementation and improve efficiency for non-profits.

Most recently, Eli is working as a Senior Software Engineer at ActiveCampaign, starting in 2019. In this role, they collaborate with the product team to address challenges and develop solutions, aiming to set a path for others to follow.

Eli Wood obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Web Design from Ivy Tech Community College, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Eli then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in New Media from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, in July 2019, Eli Wood earned the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
