Jake Lafrance

Jake LaFrance has extensive work experience in various roles. Jake is currently working as a Product Manager at ActiveCampaign since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Agility Partners as a Product Owner from May 2020 to May 2021 and as a Business Analyst from February 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they worked at Capgemini as a Consultant from October 2018 to February 2019. Jake also worked as a Project Manager at The Shipyard Inc. from April 2018 to July 2018. Jake had a previous stint at Capgemini as a Consultant from May 2016 to March 2018, where they served as a Product Owner for The Kroger Company and led a team in creating a new infrastructure. Additionally, they gained experience as a Project Coordinator Intern at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales in December 2015, and as a Project Management Intern at Circle Development from May 2015 to August 2015. Jake started their career at Datonics LLC as a Data Quality Insurance personnel from June 2014 to August 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Counselor at Goldman Union Camp Institute in the summer of 2013.

Jake LaFrance attended Miami University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications, including a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in November 2022, a Certified SAFe 4.5 Practitioner (SP) certification from scaledagileframework.com in December 2017, a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification from Scrum.org in September 2017, and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification from Scrum.org in September 2016.
