Katie Keating

Manager, Postmark Customer Experience at ActiveCampaign

Katie Keating has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Katie most recently worked at ActiveCampaign as the Manager of Customer Success, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at the same company from April 2019 to July 2021.

Before their time at ActiveCampaign, Katie worked at MobileCause as an Enterprise Account Manager from October 2015 to April 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company from August 2014 to October 2015.

Katie also has experience in political campaigns, having worked as the Digital Director for David Kanuth for Congress from March 2014 to June 2014. Katie also served as the Director of Special Projects at I Vote from April 2013 to August 2013 and as a Regional Field Director at ORGANIZING FOR AMERICA from June 2012 to November 2012.

Additionally, Katie has experience in marketing and production. Katie worked as a Marketing Producer at General Assemb.ly from August 2013 to February 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Client Services Coordinator at Framerunner from March 2011 to May 2012. Katie also worked as a Production Assistant as a freelancer from February 2011 to May 2012.

Katie began their career in politics as a Field Organizer for Obama for America from March 2008 to November 2008.

Katie Keating completed their high school education at The Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics and the Humanities, where they obtained a high school diploma in General Studies. Following that, they attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and French.
