Sivakumar Munuswami

Sivakumar Munuswami has a strong background in software engineering and architecture. Sivakumar is currently a Staff Software Engineer at ActiveCampaign, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce as a Senior Software Engineer from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they designed and architect solutions around Azure cloud computing services and AWS, created automation tools using various languages, and developed orchestration applications for patching servers.

Before Salesforce, Sivakumar worked at UST Global as a Software Architect from 2014 to 2017, where they designed solutions using Azure API Gateway, VMs, DeployR, DocumentDB, and EventHUB. Sivakumar also onboarded clients Hyundai and Ford. Prior to this role, they were an Associate Software Architect at UST Global from 2012 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Sivakumar held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Prometric Inc from 2007 to 2012, where they operated through the full software development lifecycle and designed system elements to meet functional requirements. Sivakumar also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Quintegra Solutions from 2007 to 2007, developing item authoring pages and optimizing stored procedures.

Sivakumar's experience also includes roles as a Project Lead at Teleperformance Interactive from 2006 to 2007 and at Quintegra Solutions from 2004 to 2006. In these roles, they played a key role in designing applications, creating prototypes, and performing coordination and testing activities.

Additionally, they hold an Advanced Diploma in System Management with a field of study in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology. Sivakumar has also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022.
