Prometric welcomes four new Vice Presidents
Testing company has announced the appointment of four new senior leaders in its Commercial Leadership Team. Peter Szary, Sara Joseph, Bruce Bergwall and Missy Pydo bring decades of experience that will help to guide the company in its next stage of growth. Mr. Szary is Prometric’s new Vice President, Client Success, charged with growing customer relationships and building mechanisms and processes to optimize the customer experience and encourage loyalty. He was most recently Senior Vice President of Customer Success at technology learning company Pluralsight, and has more than 20 years of experience delivering customer satisfaction. He will be based in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Joseph joins Prometric as Vice President, Account Management, and will oversee a renewed creative and visionary direction for the North American market. She has held executive leadership roles at Oracle, Premiere Global Services, and MCI in a sales career that has spanned more than 20 years. She will be based in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Bergwall has been appointed Vice President, Business Development, charged with identifying and developing new business relationship opportunities. He has more than 30 years of experience in such roles, including with several technology and education companies such as Pearson Education, WozU, Panopto, Compare Networks and Cengage. He will be based in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Pydo brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy and client success to her role as Vice President, Strategic Accounts. She comes to Prometric from Inmar, where she helped some of the company’s largest consumer packaged goods clients to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. She will be based in Chicago, Illinois.
