Taylor Bode

Taylor Bode currently serves as the Global Head of HR Business Partners at ActiveCampaign, having previously held the position of Global Head of People Business Partners at Zapier. At Zapier, Taylor led a global team to support over 800 employees across more than 40 countries while partnering with the executive team on strategic talent initiatives. Prior roles include Global Head of People Partners at Hopin, where Taylor shaped people strategies for a similarly sized workforce, and the Head of People Programs and Engagement at Atlassian, focusing on HR program scalability and communication. A significant part of Taylor's career at Salesforce involved leading Mergers and Acquisitions, overseeing talent strategy and organizational design for numerous deals. Taylor's extensive experience in leadership, employee relations, and talent management spans several prominent companies with a consistent focus on fostering organizational health and change management. Taylor holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
