Bonny Daniels

Bonny Daniels has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance and aviation industries. Bonny began their career at GEICO in 1999, where they steadily advanced through a series of promotions based on exceptional performance. In 2013, they joined Kelly Insurance Agency as a Benefits Specialist, where they developed new and modified existing benefit plans for clients. In 2015, they were promoted to Account Manager at Summit Insurance Services/Kelly Insurance Agency, where they reported to the CEO and Sales VPs and steered the implementation of new benefits packages, payroll solutions, and other ancillary products for new and existing clients. In 2016, they became the Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager at Cycle Aviation, Inc., where they championed the Embraer Phenom 100EV and 300 annual inspection and progressive inspection/maintenance program. Finally, in 2017, they joined ActiveNav as the Senior Manager of Global Operations, where they spearheaded full-scope global operations and introduced Concur software to enhance expense reporting and tracking company-wide.

Bonny Daniels has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from American InterContinental University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2009 to 2013. Bonny also has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from American InterContinental University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained a "Become a Trauma Informed Leader" certification from LinkedIn in August 2022, and is in the process of obtaining a Lean Six Signma Green Belt from GEICO and a Senior Claims Law Associate certification from American Educational Institute, Inc.
