Randy Jeffrey

Randy Jeffrey has worked for ActivEngage since 2013, where they have held the roles of Director of Messaging Operations, Senior Quality and Training Manager, and Performance Manager. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked for the United States Air Force from 2003-2013, where they held the role of Supervisor.

Randy Jeffrey attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2003 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
