Victor Voinilovich

Victor Voinilovich has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Victor began their career in 2009 as a Design Engineer at Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant JSC, where they worked until 2013. In 2012, they joined Altoros Development as a Ruby Developer, contributing to the company's projects until 2015. Victor then moved to ActivePlatform and took on various leadership positions, including Team Lead from 2015 to 2016, Software Development Manager from 2016 to 2018, and finally, Head of R&D from 2018 to present. Throughout their career, Victor has demonstrated their expertise in software development, engineering design, and management.

Victor Voinilovich began their education at Gomel State Regional Lyceum in 2001, where they studied Physics and Mathematics. Victor attended this lyceum until 2004, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree during this period. In 2004, Victor enrolled in Belarussian National Technical University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Victor successfully completed their studies at the university in 2009, obtaining their Bachelor's degree in the field.
