Olli Seppälä

Olli is a seasoned tyre professional with close to 20 years of experience in Research and Development. His expertise lies in passenger, light truck and heavy-duty tyres. Olli has a strong track record in innovation and believes in a coaching style of leadership. At Omni, Olli heads Global Research and Development, oversees product testing, factory audits, compliance and certifications.

Prior to joining Omni he was heading the Global Research & Development for Nokian Tyres where he spent close to 20 years. He joined Nokian as a junior engineer and worked his way up the ranks to eventually head the department.

Olli is born in Finland and holds a Master of Sciences degree in Materials Engineering from Tampere University of Technology. He also has a certification in leadership and business coaching. He is an ardent football fan and enjoys travelling. His hobbies include running and rowing.
