Stefano S.

Stefano S. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stefano started their career as a Film Archivist at La Cinémathèque de Toulouse in 2015. Stefano then transitioned to working at Teleperformance, where they initially served as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Facebook Global Marketing Solutions from 2016 to 2018. Stefano then became a QA Analyst from 2018 to 2020.

In 2020, Stefano joined LeadsBridge as a Solutions Engineer. In this role, they managed a team of 5 people, handled escalations from support, categorized and prioritized them, and brought important issues to the attention of the engineering team. Stefano also assisted the Account Executive by participating in technical calls with potential customers, gathering their needs, and showcasing the capabilities of the company's app. Stefano was responsible for evaluating and managing custom integration requests and maintaining an up-to-date Help Center.

In 2020, Stefano also worked as a Teacher Assistant at Ironhack, a coding bootcamp, until January 2023.

Most recently, Stefano started working as a Frontend Engineer at ActiveProspect in August 2022.

Stefano S. began their education at Istituto Tecnico Industriale G. Peano, where they pursued a degree in Informatica from 2005 to 2010. After completing their studies there, they went on to attend Università degli Studi di Torino from 2010 to 2014. At Università degli Studi di Torino, Stefano earned a Laurea triennale with a focus on Studi su film/cinema/video. During their time at Università degli Studi di Torino, Stefano also participated in an LLP/Erasmus program at Université Paris 8 from 2012 to 2013, furthering their studies in Studi su film/cinema/video.

In 2020, Stefano attended Ironhack, where they completed a Web development bootcamp, further enhancing their skills in this field of study.
