Jacqueline Winter

Jacqueline Winter has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jacqueline most recently served as the CFO of ActiveState, a position they held since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a CFO Consultant for ActiveState from May 2019 to September 2019.

Jacqueline also has experience in the healthcare sector, working as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Volunteer for the Burnaby Hospice Society starting in April 2019.

Jacqueline previously held the role of CFO at Capcom Game Studio Vancouver from June 2014 to January 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Accounting & Finance at the same company from September 2012 to June 2014.

Earlier in their career, Jacqueline worked at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment as a Manager of Financial Operations from September 2008 to September 2012. Prior to that, they served as a National Marker for CPA Canada from September 2007 to September 2008.

In addition, Jacqueline held the position of Controller at Whistler Water from January 2007 to September 2008. Before that, they worked at Grouse Mountain, where they served as an Accounting Manager from March 2004 to January 2007. Jacqueline also had roles of Accounting Associate from March 2002 to April 2004 and Business Analyst from September 2000 to March 2002 at Grouse Mountain.

Jacqueline began their career as a Research Analyst at Farrell Research Group from September 1998 to September 2000. Overall, they have a strong background in finance and accounting across various industries.

Jacqueline Winter's education history is as follows:

- From 2005 to 2007, they attended the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) where they obtained a degree in CPA CMA.

- From 2002 to 2005, they attended Thompson Rivers University with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Business Management, but did not obtain a specific degree.

- From 1996 to 1998, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology where they obtained a D.Tech degree in Business.

In addition to their formal education, Jacqueline Winter has also obtained the Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Volunteer certification from the Burnaby Hospice Society in March 2019.
