Jonny Rivera

Jonny Rivera currently serves as the Sr. Director of Product at ActiveState since September 2025. Previously, Jonny held the position of Product & Platform Lead at WellSync, where responsibilities included leading a team of product managers, developing end-to-end product solutions, and creating go-to-market strategies. At Malwarebytes, Jonny advanced from Senior Manager to Director, focusing on customer experience strategy and retention, achieving significant growth in key metrics. Jonny's career includes roles at MediaLab 3D Solutions, Alert Air Conditioning and Heating, Lifepoint Community Church, USAA, and Henry Schein, highlighted by a strong background in product management, customer relations, and operations management. Jonny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
