Stacey Simonelli has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Stacey currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources & Administration at ActiveViam, a role they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, Stacey worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at SAS Consulting from May 2013 to December 2019. During their time at SAS Consulting, they provided advice on human resources capital management to various businesses, helping them develop policies, training programs, and recruiting processes. Some of their notable projects included assisting New York Life Insurance with year-end compensation processes and developing effective management policies and programs for Therapeutic Resources.

Before joining SAS Consulting, Stacey served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Employee Relations at Ziff Brothers Investments from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they partnered with executive management to set the direction for the human resources functions in offices across the globe. Stacey played a key role in the firm's global growth by opening new offices and implementing HR programs internationally. Stacey was recognized for their exceptional advice and counsel in employee-related matters and was responsible for designing and managing a global talent development process, setting compensation guidelines, and establishing recruitment and development programs.

Prior to their tenure at Ziff Brothers Investments, Stacey worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Misys/Summit Systems, Inc. from 1999 to 2007. Stacey'sresponsibilities included managing all HR functions globally and implementing initiatives to enhance employee relations, talent management, and reward. Stacey implemented an HRIS system, integrated training programs, and developed worldwide policies and procedures. Stacey also played a crucial role in talent recruitment and development, designing a recruitment program and a consistent talent development process.

Stacey has also worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, providing counsel in employee relations issues, developing salary structures for senior management, and implementing policies and procedures manuals. Stacey started their career as a Recruiting Executive at Duncan Consulting Group, Inc. where their responsibilities included executive-level recruitment, business development, and managing internal recruitment staff.

Throughout their career, Stacey has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and policy development. Stacey has a strong track record of delivering exceptional advice and counsel to clients and has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Stacey Simonelli completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Fordham University from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification in 2015.
