Alexandra Sorrentino

Alexandra Sorrentino is the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Cerulli Associates. Prior to their current role, Alexandra served as an HR Business Partner at Millennial Media. Alexandra began their career in HR as a Human Resources Generalist at Jumptap, Inc., where they were responsible for providing problem-resolution focused coaching to managers and their teams, managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting talent management needs analysis, and providing day-to-day performance management guidance. Alexandra also created, recruited for, and managed Jumptap's summer internship program.
