Christopher Willis, PhD, serves as the Lead Data Scientist at Activision from February 2021 to the present, previously holding the role of Senior Data Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at MediaNews Group, where contributions involved the development of an attribution-based marketing app and enhancements to an R-based budget re-allocation tool, significantly improving operational efficiency. As a Fellow at The Data Incubator, Christopher implemented data science projects utilizing various techniques including machine learning and natural language processing, achieving notable project outcomes such as a web app for predicting identities of Roman Emperors. Academic experience encompasses roles as a Postdoctoral and Doctoral Researcher at Michigan State University and CERN, focusing on advanced research projects related to the Large Hadron Collider and presenting findings at international conferences.
