Fei Guille

Fei Guille is a seasoned leader in studio strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Director at Activision since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic deployment of game development teams, long-range production strategies, and global studio expansion for the Call of Duty franchise. Previously, Fei held the position of Director, Head of Strategy at Activision, leading the Franchise Strategy team from 2021 after starting as a Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Salesforce, managing cross-functional planning processes, and as Corporate Strategy Manager at Cisco, where Fei defined long-term strategies and M&A roadmaps. Early career experience at Bain & Company involved consulting on technology and media projects. Fei holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tongji University.
