John G. Cross

John G. Cross is an experienced professional with a diverse background in user research operations, management, and educational support. Currently serving as Director of User Research Operations and Director of the Activision User Research Center since October 2017, John oversees strategic planning and day-to-day management of a 10,000 square foot facility, managing a recruitment database for playtesters and a vast library of playtesting footage. Prior experience includes managing operations at the Wilson Student Team Project Center and the Digital Fabrication Lab at the University of Michigan, as well as extensive roles in IT support and project management within the university's various departments. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Currently pursuing further education at Gnomon.
