Kate Willingham

Kate Willingham is an Associate Manager at Activist Artists Management. Working in the Creative & Digital Marketing department, she develops and executes creative & social media strategies across the roster, as well as running day-to-day digital strategy and execution for clients Dead & Company, The Lumineers, Bob Weir, Dwight Yoakam, as well as the Activist brand. She also works on Dwight Yoakam’s day-to-day management team.

Originally from North Carolina, Kate moved to Nashville in 2017 where she currently lives. She is a graduate of College of Charleston, where she earned her BA in Arts Management with a concentration in Music Business. Prior to graduating college, she interned at various Live Nation music venues in the Carolinas and at Big Deal Music Group in Nashville, TN.

Upon graduating, she worked as a temp for Big Deal Music Group before starting at ROAR as the assistant to partner Matt Maher in January 2018. She is an active member of NARAS, and The Americana Music Association.
