Kristen Shanklin has over 20 years of experience in sales and account management. Kristen started their career at Adelphia Media Services in 1998, where they established and maintained new media accounts and developed competitive ad campaigns. Kristen then moved to Cox Media in 2002, where they worked as a Sales Account Executive, creating and presenting business proposals and coordinating with the creative team for commercial production. In 2012, Kristen joined Murr and Associates as an Account Executive, collaborating with senior partners to develop an updated advertising platform and aggressively prospecting new business. Kristen also worked at Brandtailers as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2016, where they monitored campaign effectiveness, negotiated with media partners and vendors, and presented strategic marketing plans to clients. Currently, they are working at ActivityHero as an Account Manager, focusing on new business development, sales, and account management for children's activity providers nationwide. Kristen markets kids camps and classes to interested families and helps providers increase their online presence to grow annual sales.

Kristen Shanklin obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Arizona, where they attended from 1993 to 1997.
