Sarah Brown-Fraser

Sarah Brown-Fraser is the Head of Communications and Policy at Activity Alliance. Sarah leads a team dedicated to promoting fairness for disabled individuals in sports and activities. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions as the External Affairs Manager at GreaterSport, Trustee at the English Federation of Disability Sport, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Disability Sport Events. Sarah has a background in marketing and communications, with a BA (Hons) in Media Studies from the University of East London.
