Kayla C De Baca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and coaching. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at WebPT since September 2017, Kayla has held multiple roles, including Director of Product Management, Data Products & Platform, and Senior Product Manager - Enterprise. In parallel, Kayla has been a Certified Cheer Coach with ActivStars since August 2012, leading practices for over 350 athletes and achieving significant accolades, including a National Championship and numerous state and regional titles. Prior experience includes positions at American Express as a Business Growth Consultant and Account Development Manager, as well as a cheer coach at Peoria Unified School District and a Sales Specialist at Fiat Group.

ActivStars is the first youth recreation program to partner directly with schools to offer high-quality, affordable after-school youth sports (ages 4 to 17).
