Michael Klein

Michael Klein has extensive experience in project management, primarily at Activu since 2004, where Michael has held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager, Director of Project Management, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Customer Support Manager. In the role of Senior Project Manager, Michael Klein manages multiple A/V projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects from sale to installation. As Director of Project Management, Michael Klein supervises an Operations Group with 28 direct reports in Rockaway, NJ, and Washington, D.C. Earlier experience includes managing integration projects for government and commercial clients, as well as leading research and development for product components. Prior to Activu, Michael Klein worked as a Project Manager at IBM Global Business Services, managing telephony infrastructure projects ranging in size from $600,000 to $24 million.
