Nita Shinde

Nita Shinde has worked in the field of engineering for over 25 years. Nita began their career in 1995 at International Rectifiers India as a Quality Engineer. In 2003, they moved to Siltronic Samsung Wafers, where they held the roles of QM/QA Manager and Sr. Customer Quality Engineer. In 2012, Shinde joined CMC Materials as a Supplier Material Engineer and Technical Sourcing. In 2019, they moved to FLOWCHEM A CMC Materials Company, where they worked as a Customer Technology Engineering and Quality and Process Control Engineer. Her most recent role is Director Of Manufacturing at actnano, Inc., which they began in 2022.

Nita Shinde has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering. Nita is currently pursuing a Masters in engineering in Polymer from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In 2021, they obtained a Black Belt Certification (BB) from CMC Materials. Nita also holds an Electronics Associate Digital (EM4) certification from the Bombay Institute of Technology, as well as a Quality Management certification from NCQM India.
