Alyssa Verdi

Alyssa Verdi is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a diverse background in health education and science instruction. Currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Acton Academy since September 2020, Alyssa also holds the position of Level V Leader at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, where involvement began in November 2014. Previous roles include Health Educator at Yonkers Public Schools from November 2011 to September 2020, and various teaching positions in Earth and Life Sciences at Democracy Prep Public School and Temple Hill Academy. Alyssa's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Teaching Health Education from SUNY Cortland and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University, further complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Learning Network.
