Rachel Kaufman

Rachel Kaufman is a highly experienced musician and accompanist with a diverse background in the performing arts. Currently serving as an accompanist for dance and musical theater departments at Marymount Manhattan College since September 2021, Rachel also holds the position of Choir Director, Organist, and Pianist at Flatbush Tompkins Congregational Church. Additionally, Rachel has been a solo pianist for Speakeasy Magick since December 2018 and has maintained a freelance career as a multi-instrumentalist, primarily in musical theater, cabaret, and improv comedy, since 1992. Other notable roles include accompanist positions at ComedySportz New York City, New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, New York Film Academy, and Tisch Grad School of Acting. Rachel Kaufman obtained a B.A. in Music and Slavic Linguistics from the University of Chicago and is committed to collaborating with various esteemed artists in the industry.
