Andrea Hoeschen

Andrea Hoeschen is an attorney with over 20 years of experience litigating in federal and state courts, and before arbitrators and administrative agencies. Andrea has served as lead counsel in complex multi-party matters, and their litigation experience includes all aspects of labor and employment law, real estate, professional liability, fiduciary liability under ERISA, and adversary proceedings in corporate bankruptcy. Andrea is a graduate of Tulane Law School and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, in the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeal, in the Eastern District of Michigan, and in state and federal courts in Iowa and Louisiana (inactive). Andrea is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Labor and Employment Section, the Chicago Bar Association, the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, and chairs the Wisconsin Lawyers Assistance Program (WisLAP) Committee.

Andrea Hoeschen received their J.D. from Tulane University Law School. Andrea is currently a practicing attorney.
