Suraj Shetty

Suraj Shetty has a wealth of experience in engineering and software development. Suraj currently serves as the Engineering Manager at ActronAir, where they lead a team of professionals. Prior to this, Suraj worked as the Embedded Software Team Lead at ActronAir and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Trellis Data.

Earlier in their career, Suraj held multiple positions at Signify, including Senior Embedded Software Engineer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Suraj was responsible for firmware development, coordinating with product managers, and facilitating scrum ceremonies.

Suraj also worked at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Technology Specialist/Technical Lead and Systems Engineer, where they were involved in system engineering activities. Suraj also has experience at Infosys Technologies Ltd., Continental Automotive Systems, Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd., and PLA Electro Appliances.

Suraj Shetty began their education in 1997 at Manipal Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Suraj completed this program in 2001.

In 2010, Suraj enrolled in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University to obtain a Diploma in Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Suraj completed this program in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Suraj has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance, followed by the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in 2019.

Suraj also holds certifications in data analysis and visualization using Python, including "Data Analysis with Python," "Data Visualization with Python," and "Databases and SQL for Data Science with Python," all obtained in January 2021. Furthermore, they have completed courses on "Data Communications and Network Services" through Coursera in February 2020, as well as "Network Protocols and Architecture" and "Python for Data Science and AI" through Coursera, although specific completion dates are not provided for these courses.
