Catherine Leclerc

Catherine Leclerc is an accomplished professional in the field of retirement and healthcare management, currently serving as the Executive Director at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Director of Continuing Care at Erickson Living from July 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing a 160-bed long-term care and a 175-bed assisted living facility as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Catherine's extensive experience at Erickson Living also includes serving as Director of Resident Life from March 2006 to September 2017, managing operations for a continuing care retirement community with over 2000 residents. Catherine's educational background consists of a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
