Chris Ulmer

Chris Ulmer has extensive experience in property management and electrical work, currently serving as the Director of Property Management at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since June 1993. In this role, Chris oversees the maintenance and renovations of a substantial retirement community, managing a team of nine skilled maintenance mechanics. Previous positions at ACTS include Maintenance Programs Coordinator and Journeyman Electrician, providing support for low voltage systems and addressing electrical issues. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Journeyman Electrician at Joseph A Schneider Co., where responsibilities included repairs and installations across various electrical phases. Chris holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Business Management from Montgomery County Community College, as well as formal education in electrical apprenticeships and industrial electricity.
