James H. Petty

SVP, Strategy & Mission Development at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc.

Mr. Petty serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Mission Development, responsible for the strategic growth objective to expand the mission of Acts, as well as engaging in strategic planning and developing business partnerships. He most recently served as Vice President, Operations – Mid-South Region. Mr. Petty is a licensed nursing home administrator and joined Acts in 1996. He has led single-site and multi-site CCRCs in operations, sales, marketing, and development, including most recently as Executive Director at Park Pointe Village. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Gordon College and an MBA from Augusta University.
