Jon Farace

Jon Farace currently serves as General Manager & Director of Hospitality at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Jon held the position of General Manager at Charlotte Marriott City Center from November 2021 to June 2023. A significant portion of Jon's career was spent at The Ritz-Carlton, where roles included General Manager, Director of Operations, and various managerial positions in food and beverage. Prior experiences include Executive Sous Chef at Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton in Boston and Atlanta, along with culinary roles at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Jon Farace earned a degree in Culinary Management from Canadore College, completing studies from 1999 to 2001.
