Mindy M. Booth

Mindy M. Booth currently serves as the Director of Fitness & Rehab at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Mindy held multiple leadership roles at Tandym Group from September 2015 to June 2023, including Managing Director of Clinical Services, Senior Director of Clinical Services, and Director of Clinical Services. Prior to that, Mindy worked as an Occupational Therapy Supervisor at EBS Therapy of New York from June 2012 to August 2015 and as an Occupational Therapist, OTR/L - Travel at EBS Healthcare from April 2011 to June 2012. Mindy holds a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science from The College of St. Scholastica, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Cottey College.
