Teresa Moore

Teresa Moore serves as Vice President of Resident Health Services, where she oversees resident health services in all Acts communities, as well as oversight of Acts Home Health Services, Acts Signature Hospice, and Acts Signature Rehab Services. She oversees the expansion of clinical initiatives across the continuum, including Acts Signature Experience. Ms. Moore has more than 35 years in healthcare and over 25 years in senior services. Ms. Moore has been with Acts Retirement-Life Communities since 1996 and has served as a Director of Home Health, Nursing Home Administrator, Regional Clinical Director, and Corporate Director of Resident Health Services. She has been a CARF surveyor and is a member of the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing. Ms. Moore is a registered nurse, a licensed nursing home administrator, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Gardner Webb University.
