Tom Riling

Tom Riling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT product services and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Product Services at Acts Retirement-Life Communities since December 2020, Tom leads technology analysis and implementation for Core Business Services, acting as the primary liaison between IT and business services. Prior to this role, Tom spent over eight years at Brightview Senior Living, where responsibilities included roles such as Product Analyst & Scrum Master and Senior Dining Services Director, with significant achievements in initiating dining programs that enhanced resident experiences. Tom's earlier experience includes executive chef roles at Hightopps Backstage Grille, where management of kitchen operations and staff was key. Tom holds an MBA in Project Management from Wilmington University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Associate degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
