Charles Thompson

Charles Thompson's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Charles currently works as a Digital Workplace Consultant at Actual Experience, a Human Experience Management company. Charles'srole involves analyzing the impact of the digital workplace on employees and the overall business and providing actionable information for improvement.

Before joining Actual Experience, Charles owned a personal training business called CT Personal Training since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a PT Mentor & Assessor at BodyCore Training. In 2022, they also worked as a Health & Well-being Consultant at Koa Health, where they focused on creating accessible mental health support solutions.

In 2021, Charles worked as a Business Development Manager at Oomph! Wellness, where they contributed to enhancing mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing through innovative exercise and activity solutions. Charles also gained experience as a Valuations Manager at SEARS PROPERTY LIMITED from 2020 to 2021 and as a Client Manager at Prospect Estate Agency from 2019 to 2020.

Charles began their career at Waitrose & Partners in 2007, where they worked as a Branch Manager until 2016.
