Justin Ferrell

Justin Ferrell is the current Head of Customer Experience at Actual. Justin has previous experience as the Fellowships Director at Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford and as the Director of Digital, Mobile & New Product Design at The Washington Post. Justin has been instrumental in helping organizations design and implement complex systems interventions in areas such as international development, food sustainability, philanthropy, K12 education, disaster relief, financial services, legal aid, federal workforce collaboration, cancer prevention, creative culture in large corporations and clinical care for low-income communities.

Justin Ferrell is a John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford University. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
